A strong libido is something every man wants – and their women too! Many things affect our sex drive – age, health, stress, hormonal changes, and medication. Some of these are out of our control, but what we put into our bodies is. The saying you are what you eat is true. If you eat crap, you’ll feel like crap.

Most of these foods contain vitamins and minerals that pump up your testosterone, an important hormone in healthy male and female sex drives. You may not like all of these foods, or they may clash with your diet, but there should be something for everyone on this list.

Bananas
This phallic fruit contains the enzyme Bromelain and B vitamins, ingredients to enhance your libido and provide energy.

Sweet Potatoes
Full of beta-carotene which your body transforms into vitamin A, helping to produce sex hormones.

Celery
This wondrous vegetable boosts androsterone, an aphrodisiac found in male perspriation.

Avocados
This sexy fruit contains high levels of folic acid which gives the body sexual energy. A high content of B6 acts as a hormone regulator.

Bee Pollen

Spinach

Not only does chocolate taste good it  also contains phenylethylamine – a compound that releases the same endorphins triggered by sex that increase the feelings of attraction between two people. No wonder so many women love this sweet!

Pumpkin Seeds
This is one of the few foods that contain zinc, vital for testosterone production in men. They also contain the omega-3 fatty acids.

    wife loves threesomes men only but its hard to find guys who want more than a one night stand we are 62 & 63 years of age i’m really into her having sex with other men I’m bi bout only with wife present and if its no problem with the other guest.
